PAKENHAM - LXRP
Our engineering team integrated within Northwestern Program Alliance, where we managed +$50 million of scope on the Pakenham Level Crossing removal project for NWPA.
We led the civil, earthworks and drainage on the project, overseeing various scopes and subcontractors concurrently. The largest package, valued at $30 million, afforded us the opportunity to showcase our capabilities. in addition, we simultaneously managed multiple subcontracts ranging from $2 to $5 million. This demonstrated our adept handling of intricate project dynamics and our commitment to delivering excellence efficiently at every scale.
Our leadership expertise has had a significant impact on the project and on the individuals involved. Notably, we have maintained a zero-staff turnover within the team by placing a concentrated focus on developing the engineers to execute their roles and providing support, ultimately leaving a lasting impact on their career development. During this period, 30% of the team received well-deserved promotions, underscoring our commitment to fostering professional growth and recognizing excellence.
